Hillary began her career at ELLE Magazine in the fast paced fashion world. She always maintained a work life balance working out in the gym and running in Central Park. After her 2 girls were born she became a certified Yoga Instructor, followed by a Barre Certification, FlyBarre Instructor and most currently a Physique 57 Trainer. The fusion of both practices is her Barre Blend Class which is a core focused, full body burning, high energy and a musically driven class that will change the way you look and feel-now let's get SCULPTING!
Hillary has made it a priority to incorporate alignment, precision and flow into her classes. Her class is a blend of smaller and larger movements all functional training, using both heavy and light weights. The workout is upbeat, athletic and challenging yet open to all levels. She helps students to reach their goals and find their full potential while pulsing to the beat. With over 15 years of experience she ensures each student is safe with proper form, pushes out of their comfort zone and leaves class with those magic endorphins!
Adapting new fitness habits is difficult, stay consistent even if every day isn't your personal best, push where you can and modify where you need- that is the sweet spot and you're set up for success. Incorporate your barre workout into your lifestyle, make fitness fun!
