Barre/Zoom

Sculpt BARRE

This athletic, low impact, high rep workout results in long, lean muscles, a stronger core and taller posture. Using light weights, we pulse to the beat of the music and watch the endorphins flow! Open level 

Sculpt Express/Zoom

30 min Sculpt class, this low impact, dynamic workout will incorporate functional training with barre training to maximize the burn. Both lighter and heavier weights are used. Results are long, lean muscles and a stronger core. Open level 

Sculpt HIIT/Zoom

High Intensity Interval Training, this workout is a high energy sweat sesh. Think intervals, tabatas and cardio blended with your sculpt workout - you will be a calorie burning machine! Sneakers on, lets sweat!

BARRE in person

This low impact high rep and high intensity workout combines smaller (pulsing) and larger movements in this full body burn. All levels are welcome in this customized workout. Results include taller posture, a stronger core and an overall stronger physique all while pulsing to the beat of the music!

Sculpt Upper/Sculpt Lower/Zoom

These Sculpt classes target the upper/lower body. For Sculpt Upper, the focus is on biceps, triceps, back/postural muscles and core. For Sculpt Lower, the focus is legs-quads/ hamstrings booty and core. A great way to target each body part. Open level
