This low impact high rep and high intensity workout combines smaller (pulsing) and larger movements in this full body burn. All levels are welcome in this customized workout. Results include taller posture, a stronger core and an overall stronger physique all while pulsing to the beat of the music!
These Sculpt classes target the upper/lower body. For Sculpt Upper, the focus is on biceps, triceps, back/postural muscles and core. For Sculpt Lower, the focus is legs-quads/ hamstrings booty and core. A great way to target each body part. Open level
